This policy explains what Ogalleria does with the details you send through this website. Questions go to studio@ogalleria.com.
What we collect
- The details you enter in the inquiry form: your name, email, company or property, the project type, quantity, date, design source, budget range and your message.
- Your confirmation that you agree to this policy, with the date and time.
- With your consent: how you use this website, measured by Google Analytics. See "Cookies and measurement" below.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract.
- To keep a record of the conversation and the project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the studio.
- To understand which pages help visitors, only with your consent.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising profiles.
Who receives it
- GoHighLevel, the system that receives the inquiry form and holds our contacts.
- Google, for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only with your consent.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
- Workshops and transport companies, only the project details they need, and only once you ask us to go ahead.
Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by their own data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details stay as long as we need them to answer you and to run the project, and as long as tax and commercial law require. Ask us and we delete what we are not required to keep.
Cookies and measurement
The website stores one cookie, oga_consent, with your choice from the cookie banner, for 180 days. If you accept measurement, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. If you reject it, Google receives no cookies from this site, only anonymous signals without identifiers. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to studio@ogalleria.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
